Help Help!!!

I cannot download or update anything in the market... I keep getting error( -101) and if that's not happening then the market just force closes all together and I can never even try to do anything ... there is a lot of info on this but I just wanted to ask myself and see what help I could find... any and all help is greatly appreciated!!!!!

The first thing I would try is to clear data and cache in market.
Go to setting/application/ manage applications and find market.

if that doesn't work, find out how to boot into stock recovery on your phone (Google it. it's there) and wipe your cache there.

if that doesnt' work, go to the same menu that you used to clear data, and uninstall updates on market.
