My volume keys are goin crazy the volume keeps goin up and down and it's freaking annoying

little more info is needed, what version are you on, and what did you flash? and what you mean it's going up and down?

the volume was goin all the way down to vibrate and then all the way up to the max without me pressing th volume keys and zvd #2

I think if you have a nandroid of your stock rooted rom and it's still doing it, that would strongly point to a hardware problem and not a root issue - just my opinion though.
