Hi i need the official ota b09 zip because my phone is stuck on zte boot menu a hard reset wont work, the zte online tool says there is no available update packages please help

i dont have cwm installed i looked every where for the bo9 update zip but cant find it there is one posted up but dosent work i get the (status 7) error

u cant flash anything with stock recovery

is there any way to make zte online update tool update when you are all ready up to date

If you're not in a hurry for a new phone, go to ZTE web support page and send them a message about how the phone got broken with the recent b09 update. My friend sequent got the same problem, he contact them, they contact him and send him a RMA number, you will need to pay for the shipping cost and they pay for their shipping and in about a week he got a new sequent.

yeah for sure ill try it rather pay just the shipping instead of brand new phone thanks for the info

No problem,

they will ask you to perform a "restore factory settings" in recovery mode or some stuff like that, just go with the flow, after you telling them that nothing is working, they will send you instruction on how to ship the phone and the RMA #.
