My Samsung Galaxy Blaze 4G was on ICS and I tried rooting it to Odin. I followed all the steps and it said pass but once I completed it, the phone got stuck on the "Samsung Galaxy S BLaze 4G exclusively from TMobile" loading page. The bar is completed but it just got stuck there. I tried everything to fix it. I tried the recovery mode with clearing the cache and resetting the phone. I also tried returning it to stock and fixing the "soft brick" but it didn't work. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP. I don't know what to do.

I read some of the threads and it said that I needed CWM enable to root it properly. I didn't have that, so was that the problem? Please help.

You could try to flash the phone back to stock, then enter stock recovery to do a wipe and see if it starts...
If it does you should consider reading the forums to gather information on the needed custom recovery if needed and the other stuff needed for rooting your phone.

If it doesn't, well then you should report back here and describe your complete procedure what you did after entering Download Mode...
