Root HELP

so here is my problem. tried to flash stock rom with new update in twrp. after reboot, NOTHING, because system mustve been write protected. since i flashed stock, it also wrote recovery so i have no more TWRP.
i have stock recovery and dont know what to do. somehow i cant get it into FTM mode even though either. does anybody have a full dump so i can use nanddl to flash or any other idea how i can get this phone working again? please help a fella

why would u try to flash new update ? if u see that new update will kill root

i need a working phone, i need a full dump (version doesnt matter, i dont care about root) to be able to flash with nanddl. please someone able to help me? i know there must be!

If I am correct,You can unroot through the supersu app.Then let system update normally.

Can I make a dump in Candy5 or do you need stock? I don't mind flashing stock first if that's what I need to do.
