Root Help_R720 Dead

hello I wanted to ask your help ...

Well what happened was this

was wanting to install a CFW but would not start the cel

want to flash via odin

The cel is brickeo never finish the process and now the screen says

firmware upgrade
Encountered and Error
please try again

is a samsung SCH-R720
Metro PCS CDMA

and not to do, thanks

I did flash with CWM and improved the situation
that already gives me the recovery menu and menu downloading
but to flash the system stays on the screen that says samsung
wanting to install the original system with ODIN
remained so

<1> boot.img download ..
<1> 1/3 Finished.
<1> recovery.img download ..
<1> 2/3 Finished.
<1> system.rfs download ..

and if I do the upgrade program metropcs stays in the same way
 
I'm confused, are you trying to flash something though Odin? Looks like your trying to flash a Nandroid backup...

Edit: Does your phone even turn on?
 
if you can still get into download mode then you could get into download mode follow the info on the samsung/metro pcs 2.3.6.update software wait for it to down load and as soon as it boots back up take the battery out and put it back in and put it back in download mode the use odin to put a fresh cwm 5.0.2.7 on the phone
this is exactly what i have done in the recent past

What he said.

It looks like you soft bricked your device. Just use the Samsung official 2.3.6 update from MetroPCS and you should be back in business.

i did download the update from metropcs but stays in the same place after 20 minutes says 88% and does not pass down the left and just says
system.rfs download ...
 
well i try to use WM to restore option ... but when say restoring data...

E:Format_volume: format_rfs_devi/dev/block/st113

i dont know what i do

I think st113 is /data or /system... You need to do as said above, reintsall sues CWM 5.0.2.7

1 - charging the battery to 100%
2 - use SamsungPSTLite
3 - install-cwm via ODIN admire
4 - install modified Kernel Recovery And
5 - install-Beta1-KernelCWM CM72RC1-requisite0

READY! every day you learn something new
