Help Helpp!!!!

Just got my incredible a couple days ago and just wanted to say my experience with the battery has been horrible >.< the battery refuses to charge and just that annoying little blinkng orange light comes on And the device does not power on it's been dead for like a day and it's been charging all day. What does that light mean? How do I fix this problem? HELP!

my mom's was doing the same thing.. i unplugged the battery, plugged it back in, got it to turn on (off the charger the whole time) it finally booted.. as soon as it turned on i plugged the charger in.. haven't had any issues since. almsot like the battery was at that point of no return, just got lucky that it finally decided to power on and take a charge.
