Help helppppppp!!!!

i rooted my phone with gingerbreak then backed up my rom with rom updater and with rom manager from clockworkmod but as soon as i did it with rom updater my phone restarted and is now flashing the lg startup symbol nonstop errrg idk what i did wrong or what to do now

Have you pulled the battery and tried rebooting?

ya it just does the same thing

Did you try and install CWM from Rom Manger?

And have you tried booting into recovery holding menu,vol dn, and pwr?
