Help heptic vibrate not working on settings and back soft buttons on galaxy gs4

Hey wanted to know if anyone else was having an issue with heptic sofy keys. I have it on and at the max level and it works when I just the key pad but it doesnt vibrate on the back and settings button on bottom of phone. Any help would be great

Just figured it out. My power saving mode was on. I never have it on or turn it on. My nephew must have turned it on by accident while he was playing with my phone. I feel like such an idiot.
