Root Here we go

i said earlier i was going to update agian from lg.com to see if things change,prl 3032, if anyoned else would like to know anyother things that might or might not change,post me now,bout 830/845pm east im going to start.i might b back for answers and i might get threw it fine lol :D
 
Well i updated yesterday and it still has the prl 3032 but seems like i can't get it to root i miss my rooted debloated phone
 
well im going for it,ive gt the aio already saved from long time ago,ldrifta stated that you dnt have to unroot to upgrade that it will do it for ya,last time i unrooted,this time im going to see if it works with out unrooting,wish me luck lol
 
Well i hooked up the lg updater and it found my phone but wouldn't light up for me to update, then all of a sudden my computer Internet connection (wifi) disconnected weird, so now im going to reboot computer, by the way the wifi on fone is working lol go figure
 
guys.. to root it just use the thing from pg that gives you twrp recovery, then you can flash roms or flash a zip that will root for you ;)
 
I was just seeing if the update would unroot ya, i am rooted and the updater said i had the lastest update already on my phone,nothing happened my fone is still rooted nothing changed
 
well i just did the update with my fone rooted and it said im already up todate,i thought i was going to get unrooted but nothing happened im still running ldriftas rom
 
Just downloaded root checker, rooted, su works, rom manager, rom tool box all works fine, im surprised myself that it didn't return me to stock! But to who asked if u needed a connection to update yes, u do
 
so if you lose data by not updating, you have to take the phone in to update? can't update with wifi? or CPU/USB

I still want to know exactly what the hell this update even is.
