Here's how to disable the weather animations when unlocking screen

This was driving me crazy so hopefully it helps some others!


  1. Remove the widget from your screen.
  2. Add Widget > Clock (HTC).
  3. When prompted, un-check "Show full screen animation".
 
Wow really? I love this feature! ... I just wish we had full live weather wallpapers like the HD2 ;)

Nice tip though, for those that don't like it.
 
I love the animations. Not necessary at all, but I think it jazzes up the phone a bit.
