Here's the idiot, again. FIRERATS Mod

So, I thought I was being very careful and responsible. I'm running Aosp Gingerbread (5/23), and I followed instructions from

Now, just after the step where one reboots into recovery, I got a cache warning (as in, I was out of space). I went ahead and flashed the boot. Everything seemed okay, but the market app keeps closing, and that's not a good sign.
My mtdpartmap reads: 'mtd 100 18'.

What did I screw up, how can I fix it?

Now it's stuck on the htc logo.
What do I do now?

I've tried to restore my last nandroid (made before undertaking firerats), but it keeps sticking at htc logo until I pull the battery.

I'm quite freaked. I have to drive 7 hours to pick up my mom, tonight.

Well.
Battery pull (thrice).
Power on, volume down. Home.
Wipe. Wipe. Wipe. Wipe. Wipe.
Installed older aosp (couldn't find 5/23).
Mourn the loss of my contacts. They really tied the phone together.

You have to make sure you follow the instructions to the letter when flashing Firats. Make sure you're not formatting boot when Firats instructs you to wipe.
