Anyone?
Anybody already tested the higher capacity battery either from Mugen power (1800 mAh) or Innocell (1750 mAh)? Does it really provide more power?
Thanks.
Ok....I'll throw my hat in the ring.
I ordered, received and have been using the 1750mAh from Seidio for about 3 weeks now. Knowing that it takes a week to kind of "even itself out" I didn't post anything right away, and now I've forgotten about the post

Anyway, I honestly can't give a good comparison to what the stock OEM battery was giving me, because I was only getting like 4 hours out of it while at work during the week because of poor signal. It wasn't until I started using the bigger battery that I realized that if I stayed on WIFI at work, I'd prolong battery life.
What I can tell you, however, is that with the 1750mAh battery, I have WIFI, GPS and Mobile Network on at all times. Facebook, Twitter, Weather, Gmail and Exchange email are running non-stop. I have the weather, Twitter and Facebook widgets on my screens as well. With an average of my usage (average meaning somedays I'm browsing, playing games, receiving and sending texts all day, emailing and making or receiving calls and somedays it's rarely any usage) I take my phone off the charger at 7:30am and by 10pm when I'm usually ready to call it a night, I'm still at about 40-60% battery remaining.
I know there were earlier reports that a battery usage app from the Market was showing the 1750mAh battery to only have 1500mAh capacity, but I've called Seidio twice to confirm this isn't the case. I tend to believe them, as there's no proof that the app from the Market functions properly. I'm not calling out either the app or Seidio, but I'd have to believe that Seidio tests their equipment on industry approved meters prior to sending the product out.
Hope this was helpful.
