hey guys im trying to find out if i can change carries from c spire to something else?

if so do i have to root it?

and whats the best root to use?

I am not really very familiar with the process on switching carriers. I am pretty sure Google will be your friend on that search.

As for the best rooting method, the tried and true way is Z4Root. You can find the .apk file that does that by, again, searching around.
