I have been using Hero for some month now with Exchange 2007. A couple of times I have lost all my exchange contacts on the Hero, but with next sync they came back.
Now for some days I have not had any contacts. Sync seems to go fine but no items are sync'ed. When I create new contacts on the Hero og in outlook they are sync'ed, but all my 800 old contacts are not shown on the phone.
To me it seems like some sync information that has been broken but I find no way to force a full sync.
I really miss my contacts
so I hope what you might have an idea to help me fix this while we are waiting for 2.1
