Hero vs. myTouch camcorder or G1

I was wondering for those who has recorded any video on the Hero and myTouch, how does it compare to the G1 video captures. I'm in awe with the Hero but once I found out that camcorder isn't that great on it I kind of shy'ed away from it. I'll be recording videos to post up on blogs, when I'm traveling, etc...If anybody will be able to let me know thanks.

Its ok, nothing special. Certainly better than on my previous SE handsets (890i/760i) But not as good as the iPhone sadly (I think this is the only thing the iPhone wins on thought!)

I would not be put off it because of that personally..
