Thanks for introductions guys and I do have a few questions. How many posts do I need to post until i can review a application or game? Also am I able to review a couple of apps in the same post? For example "Top five photo editing apps".

I think you may need to contact a mod to be able to post in the app/game review section to be able to receive privileges to create threads.

You can review applications all you want. Typically if you want to post threads like," Top 5 Photo Apps", you would want to put them within the Android Applications forum. Typically this is your opinion though not factual.

If you are looking to review applications that are within our Application announcements forum then you might want to contact the developer or just respond to that thread with what you think.

Edit. Looking at the app announcements forum the only rules and guidelines are for people creating the threads. I am certain that any developer on there would love the feedback.
