Hey hey!

[Amberleaf]

Oh, hi! :3 So I joined this site a couple days ago because I figured I could learn a bit more about phones here. Since July, I've had a cute little HTC Wildfire S - my very first Android phone!!! - but I've come here to possibly learn to root it. I'm not exactly extremely tech savvy or crazy smart or anything, so this will take some time, haha. XD

Hey Amberleaf, welcome to AF!

I recall the Wildfire S root guide pretty easy to follow, so you should be ok. Take a look at some of the stickies here: Wildfire S - All Things Root - Android Forums

Hi amber! Welcome to Android Forums

If you haven't been there yet, here is a link to the Wildfire S all things root section!

Heyyy, thanks for the welcomes, guys!

I've sort of looked through there! But I'm terrified about bricking my phone. :$ Because if I mess it up completely, I can't buy a new one until I get a job.
