I've been reading the forums for a little while now (via my Eris) and have recently joined because, well, not only am I phone illiterate (ex-Blackberry Pearl user; which, btw, is probably the worst phone I have ever had) but I spent too much money on a phone that is thoroughly disappointing me.
I don't make a lot of "big-ticket" purchases, so purchasing this phone and not being able to enjoy it really blows. I don't want to spend two years hating this phone.
Just a heads-up apology if I annoy anyone with incessant questions. I really want to like this phone. I know I'm not the only one who's disappointed, but I'm not sure that I'm ready to join my friend as she's prepping to pull an Office Space on her phone. Any help, tips, tricks, or otherwise would be appreciated.
