Hey, y'all!

[PostNoob]

Hi! After many answered questions via this wonderful and helpful forum I decided to register. Got sick of meandering around the internet for answers to my specific questions when I could tap into a community of knowledgeable people and just ASK DIRECTLY Can't wait to learn ... see you out there. P.S. My user name is more of an aspiration than a description. Time to switch that up.

Thanks eyebeam! Quick question: still learning my way around. Is there a way to get email notifications for responses to my posts/personal messages and the like?

Yup. Try this -

Go to "User CP" (in the green bar towards the top), look down the left side for "Edit Options", click that, and you should see the "Messaging & Notification" box. You can set your email notification preferences there.
