Hey everyone, i'm just about to pick up my first android phone. I've hopped ship from Blackberry - not that I had a problem with the device, it was more the network.

I'm getting a Motorola Milestone. Can anyone offer some advice on what to expect or tips or must have flashes, updates? Things like that.
