I just got my Hero about a month ago. I switched from a Voyager I had for two years. So far, the switch from Verizon to Sprint's been difficult but the phone's definitely made it worth it. It's my first actual smart phone so I'm pretty psyched. I haven't really decided if I'm actually going to take the plunge and root my phone. If I do, I'll probably keep the original OS for a while until I figure there's too much wrong with it.
