Help HHEEELLPP!! please...

Please help me!!! im so frustrated....i downloaded everything like it said i should to move apps to sd without root...but then tried putting the adb stuff and this is what i got...?????? i really have no clue what im doin..can anyone tell me what i need to do for this to FINALLY work?...thank you.

I have an HTC phone...in fact, I have an EVO 3d, and I moved apps from my phone to my SD card quite easily (unless you are talking about something totally different).

Here's how it's done: from the home-screen tap menu :- then settings :- applications :- manage applications :- downloads :- choose the app you need to move :- tap on that app and follow steps to move it to the SD card.
Also, instead of going to downloads, you can tap "on SD card" - place a check in the box across from the app you want to move.
