Recently got a HTC Evo 4G and have been reading a lot of information on this forum since I have never had a smart phone before.
Got the phone free because the sound wouldn't work so Sprint gave him a new phone after they couldn't get it to work. I read and read and ended up rooting the phone and then got the Miui ROM on it. Now the phone works like new. No sound issues at all. Using it on wifi currently until I get my number transferred over.
