Welcome to the Android Forums! As you know from "Lurking" the site, there's plenty of great information available here! All you have to do now to post a thread, is get to 25 posts...Which shouldn't be that hard for you.

What Kind of phone do you have? I've converted my wife to Android, but she hasn't gotten one as we're waiting for the holidays to get here so I can get her one like mine. She's currently Learning about Android using my old Samsung Prevail. Still have to get my mother-in-law switched though.

Anyways, Feel free to ask any questions...there's plenty of us here to help you and answer your questions!
