Hi Android Forums (or Phandroid)

Hello users and admins of Android forums. I just joined the site, and i think it looks pretty cool. I'm proud to say I'm Androids biggest fan (and i used to own an iPhone, but I switched to Android and haven't been dissappointed). I am 14 years old and i want to develop roms. Is this possible with a 32 bit windows environment? Also, does anyone know of some good roms for these devices: Huawei "Prism" or "Sonic" u8651(t)(u8650 roms work too), ZTE "Warp" n860, or something better than cm9 for LG "Eclypse" ("Mytouch Q") ("Univa Q") or just plain c800(g). I know, a lot of questions at once but i wanted to put it all in one thread. Sorry if this is in the wrong forum. And thankyou to all at Android Forums.
