Hi! How do I "Open Bootstrap"?

Hi, I've lurked in a few forums and this one rocks! I am rooted and want to try a custom ROM but I am stuck at making a back-up. I downloaded koush-DroidXBootstrap and extracted to the SD card. The the instructions that RoOoLeR posted say "2

Also, in the Subject Field you might want to put something like:

"Need help opening Bootstrap"
