Help hi, i need help on a couple of things

alright heres myproblem, i have an evo, rooted and everything, i have myns warm 2.2, and i want to update to myns rls4, i back up everything with titanium backup, and then i go into rom manager, download everything i want, also which kernel should i choose, i usually just pick all of em :) but i thought that might be the problem, so the last time i only picked on kernel, and i do a system data cache wipe before putting it on when is asks me, and every time i do it i get stuck at the damn boot screen! every single time, also when i just do a system cache data wipe through settings, i still get stuck at that screen, luckly i have backups that hellp when this happens, how do i fix this problem? also which kernel should i choose if i want to have waay better battery life, but also have the ability to overclock whenever i want to, because my battery drains way too fast.

my second question is, i think i might have lost my rsa keys, is there any possible chance i would be able to get them back? i saw something about going into adb or whatever n i could get it back from there but i have no idea what any of that is.

and my last question, is it possible at all to fix my video camera, been crappy since launch, and i was wondering how i would fix it for a while now, always blurry when i turn the camera, and its horrible quality even though its 720p, and even if i lower the quality or change the format, its still crap

Don't worry, it's not that no one wants to help you. It's just that sometimes threads get buried, and we end up missing them.

1) What version of 2.2 are you on, now?
2) I assume this doesn't happen with any other ROM (especially since you're already on myn's warm)?
3) Just try stock for now; don't select any different kernels. It will be HTC #17. Get that working, first, then mess with switching kernels later.
4) What recovery version are you using (gotta be CW if you're using RM, but which version)?
5) As for RSA keys, what did you do to determine they're gone? Did you open a terminal emulator and type "su", then enter, then type "grep RSA /dev/mtd/mtd0"? You'll get a bunch of output, with the last two lines:

-----BEGIN RSA PRIVATE KEY-----
-----END RSA PRIVATE KEY-----

Is that what you did? If that is, and those two lines are missing, I'm afraid they're gone for good. I've seen a few inconsistent reports about getting them back, but I've yet to prove any of that is truly the case.

2.before i had this rom, i had like 4 different roms, so yeah it didnt happen before this rom
4.my recovery version is 2.5.0.1, n theres an update to 2.6.0.1 so im about to do that
5. well i was reading a while ago, that if your in a 4g area, and if it says searching-connecting-searching, and never connects that the problem is that the keys are lost.

That's fine, you can update to CW 2.6.0.1. Just in case you didn't know, Myn's Warm is up to RLS5 now. It requires updating to the latest radio/wimax/pri/nv. You can stick with RLS4 if you want, but I thought you should know. If you want to go the ROM manager route, just flash RLS4 stock, like I said. Flashing ROMs, kernels, mods, etc. all in one shot makes in impossible to troubleshoot not being able to boot. Most of the time it's just caused by flashing that much at once, actually.

Should you decide to update to RLS5 instead, you will need to update your radios, like I said. The best way to do that is to flash the ROM and radios manually. You can find instructions in the Rooting for Dummies guide, which is a sticky in the rooting section. See section 6 under "After Rooting". If you have any questions about any of those steps, just ask. With that process, you will be flashing the ROM and the radios in the same recovery session, but do not attempt to flash a different kernel at the same time.

As for 4g, have you tried updating your profile? Menu->settings->system updates->update profile. Did you check for your keys in the terminal?
 
thanks, & yes i have updated my profile, i was on the phone with sprint for about 2 hours, then i went online n found out about people loosing their keys, and im checkin in terminal right now

I'm afraid you've lost your wimax keys, there. There are fixes for a number of things that can happen to wimax (bad mac address, etc.), but once you've lost your wimax keys, they're gone for good unless you backed them up. You were using CW 2.5.0.1, which is not advised for a number of reasons, one of which is that it doesn't backup wimax. What all have you been flashing? There are a number of ways it can happen, but just flashing normal ROMs shouldn't do that.
 
ive had my phone since launch, at first i used the unrevoked app to root my phone, which was temporary, then later i went on their website and did a full root,& i did unrevoked forever, and ive gone through about 4 roms, ive done joekrim, imj, tried cyanogen mod but got stuck at the bootscreen, i dont remember the first rom i did, and i did myn's.. and i updated my CWM to 2.6.0.1 just now.. i do have this black tie protection with best buy, and they will replace my phone now matter what happpens to it, so would getting a new evo fix that too?
 
alright, and if i have titanium backup on my sd card with everything backed up, will i be able to transfer everything to the new phone?

1) Anything backed up with titanium backup should be transferable to a different phone, but I would not recommend you restore all settings. I probably would work, but I've had enough problems with it to not recommend it. It should be fine with apps, but I still recommend doing them on an app-by-app basis.

2) Do not attempt to restore a nandroid backup made on your current phone on a new phone. At best, it won't work right. At worst, you'll break something.
