Root hi new person here. micro sd card problem

Ok so i was trying to download a rom when it said sd card full. So i went to clear my sd card and that's when the screen went black during erasing. I had a full battery so Itook out the battery and put it back in. Oh and during erasing it unmounted sd card. Now it keeps saying sd card is safe to remove. I clicked mount sd card it would mount and then unmount and says card is safe to remove. What do Ido? I removed the card put back in turned off phone ect. I got this phone a month ago. Its a kyocera rise by virgin mobile. Also Idont know how to format it cause Idont have a thing to do it on computer. :(
