Hey everyone,
I buckled under the hypnotic gaze of the android logo's "Don't Be Shy" declaration and am introducing myself.
I bought a Droid on launch day (Nov 6) and am LOVING it.
Already a Verizon customer, the Droid seemed a perfect solution for converging my LG EnV phone and iPod Touch into a single device. I had Google push (gMail & calendar) set up on my Touch, which only updated when I was near a trusted wifi network, while I was a txt-aholic on my EnV. The Droid takes my loathing of lugging around these two devices and turns it into a single elegant experience covered in awesomesauce.

Since I'm a fan of contributing to the collective mother-brain, here's some info that my repeated searches on this forum failed to uncover:
When using the Droid as an alarm clock in the media dock, you can set the buttons on the side of the phone (they're actually along the top while docked) to either a) disable the alarm or b) trigger the snooze. You do this by opening the menu while on the screen where you set the time you'd like the alarm to go off.
Incidentally, the snooze time can be adjusted anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes.
