Just took the plunge and got a Sprint Evo Shift 4G--actually have had it a month now. Went ahead and upgraded to gingerbread and loving the phone. My previous phones were a Palm Treo, HTC Mogul, HTC Touch, HTC Touch Pro and HTC Touch Pro 2. This shift is so cool compared to those windoze phones!
I will be lurking and posting in the rooting section--I've run modified ROMs for years on the Touch Pros and can't see staying stock for long. I'd love some suggestions and will read away.
