Yep I'm another newbie to the smartphone world. I traded my old steam powered Sanyo phone for a Note II, I'm having mixed feelings as to whether or not it was a good decision. Anyways I joined this forum to see if I can fix the issues that have truly annoyed me with this phone so I can enjoy it and keep it around for a while. I'm sure I'll have a few questions for the veterans out there.
I have a pretty good basic understanding of computers and such with a much better understanding of mechanical things such as cars and engines. Currently I'm working in the legal field so getting this new phone to sync with my gmail account to view faxes and update my calendar are of the utmost importance. I had both working fine when I first bought it in December but something changed and neither work very well now.
