Hi, Just got my Droid X today and I am busily figuring it all out. My Name is Donna and hello to everyone!:D

I'm Steven. I got my DX nearly three weeks ago! Please check out Motorola Droid X - Android Forums and check out the DX family. Also, if you're interested, rooting your phone on the DX is really easy! :) This is the first phone I've ever rooted.

Thanks for the welcomes guys. I did checkout DX forum last night and I really need to understand this concept of rooting. I will follow your links and believe me I will ask questions. I am coming off of a BB storm 1 (ugh I know) so while I know the DX is soooo overwhelmingly different and powerful there are some things I did get used to. Like the ability to just turn the phone off and not sleep it. So these things I have to figure out. Bare with me while I learn! Thanks again! :p
 
Well if learning was an objective, you have come to the right place!

I have never found such a great community of people helping other people with droid phones.
