So far that I have been here , I have liked it , Scary Alien , Everytime I see that picture I am like O_O Am I Being Banned!?

I like the forums and I wish to learn how to make Go Launcher EX Themes and Go Locker Themes , ETC

I wish I could make ROMs , My friend most likely could but I cant even get in touch with him ... Anyone know how to make themes/ROMs

LOL , I'm sure you have nothing to worry about .

We're very happy you're enjoying your time here.

Oh, I have no idea or experience with that, but I dug-up a few sites you could peruse:

GO Dev Team-GO launcher ThemesFactory

ThemesFactory Guide & Themes *Updated 07/30/12* - xda-developers

– Make your own themes for Go launcher

I wish I could make ROMs , My friend most likely could but I cant even get in touch with him ... Anyone know how to make themes/ROMs

Again, no personal experience actually doing this, but here's a few likely links:

Cheers!
