On my Galaxy S3 the software was reloaded due to some problems and my Kies was up dated to 2.0, Now when I connect the S3 to computer it says device does not support Kies 2.0, what should I do ?

I'm not sure if Kies is different in Botswana, but the latest version is 2.5. You can try uninstalling Kies and redownloading and installing.

Who reloaded the software for you?
