Help hidden contacts and telephone numbers

Lurker
Hi there,
I have an xperia t and I cannot see all my contacts and telephone numbers in my phone book. I know they are still there because for instance "Tom Brown" does not show up in my phone book but I can see him in texts as we have had text conversations. If I want his phone number I have to go to texts to see it.

can any one please tell me how to make the missing entries visable?

Thanks

If you open the phone app, hit the 3 dot menu button, do you see an option called Filter?

If you select that, is it set to show all groups of contacts?

Thank you, it worked. My only problrm now is most of the numbers apear twice in the contacts list but I c a n live with that.

Would you also know how I can get smileys on the xperia t? On my first xperia t phone they were on the keyboard but on this replacement one I cannot find them.

Thanks again:)

No problem! :)

Not sure about the keyboard, I've the Z and I can choose whether or not I want to have the smiley button on the keyboard via Settings -> Language & Input -> Xperia Keyboard.

I don't use the stock keyboard though. Have you thought about swiftkey or swype or something like that?
