In Settings -> Accounts and sync -> my gmail account, I'm offered the following options to sync, in order from the top: Instant Upload; Google+, Books; Contacts; Gmail; Picasa Web Albums; and Calendar. The only one I want to sync regularly is Calendar, and some I never use (and have never used, to the best of my knowledge): Instant Upload, Contacts, Picasa Web Albums. I don't really mind having them all there, but I have to scroll the screen to get to Calendar. Is there a way to hide or delete some of the options, or to re-order them?

I'm not sure what you mean by "boxes on the social networking list"? If you turn on auto-sync, there are boxes, but I have auto-sync off. And turning it on and unchecking boxes doesn't seem to affect the display of things to sync when you turn auto-sync back off.
I pressed the "Remove account" button and got a confirmation box that says "Do you rally want to remove this account? Removing it will also delete all of its messages, contacts, and other data from the phone. Proceed?" So I pushed cancel. All I really want to do is get "Sync Calendar" up at the top to eliminate a scroll (and the potential for accidentally syncing something I don't want to).
