OK! Problem 1.
Getting a (charging interrupted - voltage too high) message, Called Samsung and they had he clear the cache and reboot, solved problem . . . . . . for a few days. Now this happens occasionally. Phone does not want to take a battery charge from a car, but will take a charge from a wall outlet.

Problem 2.
How do you download videos from this phone (model #SPH-D710) to a
Windows XP PC?

1) Try different car adapter. The voltage in the car can be anywhere from 10-18 volts, the voltage to the phone can't be over 5.2 volts. If the adapter isn't holding the voltage steady enough, tht would cause the problem.

2) Plug the phone into the computer. (Make sure you've installed the SAMSUNG_USB_Driver_for_Mobile_Phones in the computer.) Drag the video file from the phone to the computer.
