Anything's possible although the developers at CyanogenMod usually focus on the most popular handsets and tablets. I would think that unless Sony made the flashing process inordinately difficult or there wasn't much demand, somebody would be working on it.

Yeah, in order for the CyanogenMod team to accept a new device, there has to be a "champion" dev that is willing to develop for it and do it within the guidelines that the CM team has published. I also think that if someone donates a new device to them, someone on their team might pick up the development for it.
