Holo launcher wallpaper scroll

I'm using Holo launcher and desktop wallpaper will not scroll,I have it ticked off in the settings menu but it's still a no-go. Wallpaper does scroll using Go launcher but that unfortunately has become bloatware. So, any suggestions as to a fix for this? Thanks.
 
Holo launcher currently does not support wallpaper scrolling for Touchwiz-based ROMs. Use Nova Launcher if you want wallpaper scrolling.
