Holster Question

Does anyone know o a holster for the Bionic that will accept a TPU case (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005IH202Q)? I currently have one on my Droid, and I like the fact that you can use it in the various OEM docks, but I have yet to find a good holster for it. I have a space on my duty belt where I carry it, and I really need to get a holster for it that works (pocket carry is getting old, and I would prefer to have it in a case since it tends to get slammed around a bit at work). I use a standard battery.

Will a Seidio Surface holster work?

Thanks,

Mike

The only holster I have found to fit my Bionic is the Case Logic. It says it is for the larger screen Android and Windows phones. I found it at Target for $20. The phone fits snug enough but is easy to remove. The problem with most of the holsters I tried is the end pieces press the power button to turn on the phone when you holster it. If the TPU case (which I was going to get also) does not add too much length to the phone it should work. The case stretches slightly anyway and over time it may loosen up even more.

The TPU case looks very similar to the Technocel case that includes a holster, but the Technocel case is a hard rubberized plastic. The holster would probably be a close fit.

Because of the way the back of the Bionic is tapered, the spring clip sticks out quite a bit and tends to get caught on any loose clothing or hit things you might brush by. I ended up rounding the corners of the clip with a dremel tool and now it seems much better.

At least for the TPU extended battery case, it fits fine in the Verizon Holster that comes with the case / holster combo.
