Root Home button not working?

I can't use my home button, at all. I rebooted and it didn't help. Any ideas? I'm using rom#2 v2.7. I could use home button when I first flashed the rom but after a reboot I couldn't. I tried re flashing the rom and it worked. I got to use home button again. But I powered my phone off to charge and I couldn't use home button again when I turned it back on... Any ideas?

Figured it out, it was one of the apps I Had installed preventing the home button. :-(

I don't know why but holo locker plus. It may have just been my alp being stupid or maybe it was a bug, but holo locker plus was the issue. :-\
