Help Home icons not in line?

Hey all,
Has anyone else had an issue with the home icons on the 4G not lining up? It is fairly random, and removing/replacing doesn't always get them to line up. Is there a fix for this? Not a huge deal....just mildly annoying.

In this, the voicemail icon is lower than the other in it's row:

The voicemail icon you have is a widget, that may be why it isn't lined up

I've seen this once in a while. I think I have deleted the icon/widget, and then replaced it on the screen and that works. Not sure what causes this.
