Root Home keys

[Alsaces Daddy]

My wife has a prevail. Stock gb, root. Home keys suddenly stopped recognizing touch. I did a double battery pull and reboot. Nothing helping.

And by home keys I mean, home key, menu, back, and search.

Any help would be appreciated

Fonz'd it. Warranty claim and a new phone. Still no idea of the underlying cause.

Maybe its because my 9 month old enjoys shoving it in her mouth and leaving puddles of drool behind the casing?

LOL !! Yup , that'll do it !

Usually does but I riced it and heated it to evaporate the drool. I suppose the damage is done.
