Accessories home made stylus?

Hi...

Can someone tell me what the tip of a stylus is made of? Or to put it another way, what material can be used to make a stylus for my htc evo 4G?

I have seen them on amazon and ebay. But I wanted to make my own if I could. I tried the eraser on the end of a penile but that did not work.

My hand are huge and my finger are even bigger.

Any DIY stylus folk here?

Erasers don't work on a capacitive touch screen. You'll have to use something that's capable of transferring the static electricity of from your finger to the screen...ie, metal
