Help Home screen and Keypad Help!!

I use to have the Motorola Photon and upgraded to the S4. So far I love it. But there are a couple things I would like to do that I could do with my old phone.

First, When I turn my phone on I would like it to always to go the Default Home screen , not whatever screen I was on last.

Second, When i hit the phone button, either from the home screen or lock screen, I would like it to go to the keypad, not contacts, favs or logs.

Before I could adjust that in the setting but I can't seem to find it on the S4.

Please Help!!
