when looking at your unlocked homescreen, click the pallet and brush (personalise), go to 'Lock Screen/Settings/' and you can change them there

I think the OP means that the icons on the lock screen have a circled black background to them and was wondering if the homescreen icons can also have this background.

I've hunted around the settings/themes and I can't see anything obvious

ohhh, ahhh. Yeah i don't know how to do that one. Honestlyt hough, I'd rather it the other way, how can I remove the damn circles? (looks horrible for apps with square backgrounds to the icons, e.g. Dolphin)
