As I was adding apps to my home screen I accidentally added an app twice, so I have two Facebook launches next to each other. It really doesn't hurt anything, but looks extremely short bus and I don't want it like that.

Anyone know how I can delete the extra version?

Tap and hold then drag to the trash can.

ok, maybe I am blind, but I don't see a trash can anywhere

when you tap and hold it......... the tab at the bottom becomes a trash can

it appears once you have the icon selected...trashcan appears at the bottom
