X'ing it up

Hello, I was wondering if someone could help or point me in the right direction.
On the home screen panel with my contacts, I have four widgets ( not sure if widget is the right term) to create a shortcut to 4 seperate contacts. You can stretch the borders to add more shortcuts to for calling and texting the contact.
My question, I accidentally dragged one down to the trash can as I was streching the borders and I cannot get it back. I know have 3 quick access "widgets".
How can I get that fourth one back? I can't find how to create it or find how to get it back from the trash.
I did a search but it came up blank. Sorry about the noob question.
