Help Home screen scrolling

I have been trying how to not have my home screen scroll when I swipe. Anybody knows hot to change this?

You may have that option with an alternative launcher such as Launcher Pro.

Are you referring to having multiple screens, so when you swipe side-to-side, it goes? If that's the case, you'd probably have to limit yourself to only one screen. I think you would have a hard time switching between screens otherwise. But it's possible there might be an option for a Launcher to lock a screen in place.
